It includes the best classic sites in the history of diving in Sudan: Umbria, one of the most interesting wrecks in the Red Sea, Sanganeb with its lighthouse and, least but not last, the famous Sha’ab Rumi.
In Sanganeb diving excursions are made in the area of the southwest plateau and near the southeast wall. The extreme North is also sure to impress you. From the summit, after having reached the top of thelighthouse which is 55 meters high, you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the reef which extends for over three miles.
In Sha’ ab Rumi the south plateau is considered one of the best places for diving. You will also live an underwater experience and nocturnal diving in Precontinente, near the lagoon inlet channel, where some of the constructions Custoe used for his experiments in the sixties, can still be seen
